Hmmm, I'm not sure who to recommend on short notice, when do you need them by? I'd look at more professional makers first, but if you don't find a better option I can try whipping up some arms. I've made arm sleeves in the past in the course of a few days, but I haven't taken actual commissions for suit parts before.
