Desktop downie: Dell's tits [Please disregard]

Everything revolves in its own time, regardless of your own desires.
From what I've heard from the forums so far is that it's either the PSU or the motherboard is fucked and needs to be replaced. I'm really scared about this, because not only do I have that much for either of these (plus I owe so damn much), but to dismantle this crappy desktop without knowing WHAT the true problem is rather stressful. Along with that, nobody in this blooming' city will do it without a price! Yes I know a Dell in general wasn't worth the money, but I only got it a year ago because my cousin's meddling. It was either this or nothing right?
Anyway, if I'm not online that often then this is the reason. I feel like I fucked this thing up during cleaning, therefore fucked up MORE chances of talking. I'm truly sorry everyone. I do have this old phone with free text, so I'm not all gone.
Tomorrow I'll be doing laundry in my cousin's, so I'll get a chance to respond/see response here. Until then, see ya...
Let me get this straight, after a paragraph of the most pretentious advice I've heard all year, all I had to do was to flip a switch to 115 under the power socket OUT OF MORBID CURIOSITY!? *flops*
