This probably isn't news to anyone. They're also just about the worst way to start your day. Very surreal...like a living nightmare.

I was just in a car accident where my car and another were both totaled. I'm fine other than being extremely shaken and afraid to get behind the wheel again, and the other driver's airbag might have broken her arm, but no more serious damage took place.

No one seems to know for sure whose fault it was, but I have a feeling this will end up being very expensive just because of an increase in the price of my insurance if nothing else.

I went home and crawled back into bed after making all the necessary calls. Not going to work after all. Not after that. Don't think I will be getting much done today.

Everyone, please drive safely. Cars are killing machines, and in spite of everything, I feel really lucky that no one's life is in danger after an accident like that.
