Disclaimer on streaming (specifically for when I use mic).

I just wanna point out a few things before people start popping up questions that can easily be answered with the convenience with this journal.

> My internet is not the best. This may be obvious to most, but along with the slight delay, there may be various drops of frames while streaming. My upload speed is 0.91 mbps, so compared to others with godlike internet, I have to keep my bitrate down to at least 600. Nothing I can really do to change that at the moment.
Hopefully that cleared up a few things. This will be edited over time if I think of anything else.
