have you noted them abt it? i know i personally have made like hundreds of things and i can't always immediately recall what i have and haven't done when i work by personal preference as it is so for some ppl i dont really blame accidental lookalikes

surprisingly even when stuff was intentional i've had a lot of successful cases of people just apologizing and changing it so you never know!!

I've seen this happen quite a lot, so I'm really making a general statement here from months of observation. This time it was just once too much

I haven't contacted anyone yet, since I wanted to check with peopleto make sure it wasn't just me (I've had a super long weekend and am running on about 4 hours of sleep, not the best time to write a note and possibly overreact), however after dicussing with several people and having the confirmation that i wasn't seeing things, i will be writting a note explaining my concerns on one specific case.
