Back from ScotiaCon!
Firstly, i got to say: Thank you all who managed to come along to this convention and made my first ScotiaCon one to remember. Also a big thank you to all the staff and equipment bringers, the lighting technicians and all the con op's team for pulling all the horse power together and making things work.
I loved every minute of this con, Apparently there were a few nay-sayers on how it was going to work, but i can assure you all now that the new hotel is actually very lovely! food and drink is slightly pricey but those used to London prices will have it easier here. There is also restaurants and a HUUUGE ASDA in walking distance, and next to that a massive shopping centre for everything you could need outside of hotel walls.
Also, the bedrooms are very well kept, decent size and beds are comfy. The hotel is smaller than most other con's in the UK but probably one of the most social I've ever been to. Which is one of the main appeal's I had for the fandom originally.
There are a few minor problems, but nothing soul crushing. The pool isn't fantastic, but that's usually a distraction. Maybe a few more panels or events at next years SC, or maybe a games room. Simple things that can easily be improved that's all :)
There were a number of people who made this weekend feel special to me though, Thanks to them I feel like I can have a bit more faith in myself, maybe build another suit or get back into drawing. I've got a number of ideas rolling in my head and a bit more creative juice flowing in me again. <3
Those people know who they are, thank you guys and gals for making this weekend so god damn amazing! xxx
See you all there next year! :]

Glad you had fun. It was like having a mini con holiday, nice and relaxed :)
All of them have their pro's and con's though, and the chilled back atmosphere was very much needed this weekend <3
I didn't think i could get post con blues. But today has been hard at work. It's no dealers den here with mario kart and cheesy music. How you holding up?
got OST's playing on youtube to try cheer me up, gonna settle down for the night now and get some art started. :D
You were FANTASTIC in Heartlilly's suit! I'd love to see you in your own next time! :DD
We'll be back next year for sure, already waiting for it XD
AH MA GAAARD I'M SO ADORABLE XDD loved suiting her, being a girl for a few hours was very surreal.
I should get up there a day before the con next time, explore Scotland with you guys more :)
Thank Terry for being awesome and driving us about when we needed it :3
