Sorry for bombarding you guys with journals! After this draw there will be a lot less ^-^
If you haven't noticed, I threw the draw on hold. This is for a few reasons, mainly getting caught up with entries but also thought of some other potential issues I would like some feedback on. The closing date of Dec 1st will be moved back by the number of days I keep new entries closed.
Minors. I've noticed some younger people joining in and this can cause some issues.If you are a minor (under 18), please note me! You will not be disqualified! I just want to keep track in case you win. Not all shipping in certain areas is covered as well as parental concerns so if I can deal with this sooner than later, it would help.
*You no longer need to note me, I may have a solution to my concerns. If you win and are a minor, I will need to know then*
Total count. I've came to the conclusion that:
-All entries (valid or invalid) will count towards the total count
-Invalid entries with a valid referral will still count towards the referral count.
-Anyone with an invalid entry can fix their entry however I will not be reminding people or replying to invalid entries stating so. I have done this at first, but came to the conclusion that it is the responsibility of the entrant to read all the rules.
Also a few other things I have noticed:
Entries with reference sheets. These worry me a little as I expect these people think they are getting a custom suit.
Entries with an invalid referral. Some people are just putting in their friends names that never even entered. I have no idea why as this does nothing.
Also, I have been doing my entries in Excel. Is there anyway I can show this online easily so people can check their own entry/ referrals themselves? Or easily make this a google doc? I've never used those so any input is greatly appreciated.

People might be sharing ref sheets since you implied an interesting character might be what you end up making if I recall correctly. Probably the line about "other species might be picked".
Most of the refs I did click on are peoples fursonas. I think I'll remove the line about picking someone's fursona just to clarify things a bit. I never even thought of that being why.
But usual "artist freedom" when referring to fursuits does mean a custom design by the artist. I think with other artwork it can mean different things though.
