Serious shopping day needs to be planned

Hello my darlingsOr rather days...
I have a LONG list of things I need to go out and buy for my current costumes, and also tons of stuff I need to order online for them @_@
I spent literally all day today watching I dont know how many videos and reading tutorials all on making molds and casting resin! How to mix properly, pour properly, what to color with, ect.
And now I have to go to the store and get all the supplies!
Rather than starting by right away making my mold and trying to cast in it im going to get some gems and paint trays and practice by casting in those with diferent coloring agents and by making little molds for gems... So I will probably have a bunch of practice gems for sale XD
Im going to try casting with acrylic, oil, glitter and pearl ex powder because omg that stuff looks amazing!!!
What I REALLY hope to achieve is how to cast something to look like the gold part of this http://farm8.static.flickr.com/7449.....44f39806_b.jpg
I dont know if you can tell from the picture, but its REALLY nice and glittery and smooth and just perfect! I have that wand and though its a "cheap replica" its absolutely perfect (way better than the official garbage) and ide love to repeat that look for the Soul gem im making for Momoe Nagisa and for the stars im going to be making for Miki Hoshiis forever star! Also Im thinking of just casting my own moon for my sailor moon boots, chocker and earrings and like them to have the same look.
If I really enjoy casting I might make the odango and broach as well but well see.
I also bought a small dog/ fox nose mold a while ago and will be testing that out too, if they turn out ill be selling experimental noses :D Maybe ill make a bit of a preorder add for cheap noses in whatever color and with glitter or whatever you want so I can test things out!
After all of that Ill me making molds for suit parts ;v; yey

If you need more tutorials, I actually have an awesome one of a resin blank mold curing. If you haven't already seen it :'D I wish there was a collective archieve out there that didn't have a bunch of dead links :u

small nises, i showed u the mold remember XD I dont know how well it will work now since its a solid mold rather than silicon... well see. if it doesnt work out ill probably make a silicon mold off my casting and then sell the current mold XD haha
I have probably seen it at some point. but send anyways XD it might have useful tips. but i literally watched an hour and a half long video class for casting.
