Legal Rights.
☆When you purchase a commission from me, I retain full rights to the image. Though most say they can do other things with it, that to me, is frowned upon. I will ONLY use it as advertisements for my work.
☆If I believe I cannot do your character justice, I will tell you so upon viewing your reference BEFORE you pay me.
☆I reserve the right to deny anyone service.

Will Draw:

☆ I WILL NOT, Reference too heavily with another artist's image, you may suggest a similar scenario but I will not outright rip off the pose and/or scene.
Will Not draw:
☆ Rape / Minors / Babyfurs / Hyper / Waterworks / Scat/ Abuse /Over-exaggerated Genitals / Mecha/ Humans / Large Wings / Chicks with dicks/ Hermaphrodites or anything with dual genitals.

Commission Prices.
☆ Any and all prices are subject to change based on complexity and detail
☆ I reserve the right to have fluctuating prices on my commission list, you can not complain if Style A is 40$ one week, and is 30$ another week.
Payment.
☆ Paypal is preferred, but I will also accept POSTAL Money Orders. Not sure what a Postal Money order is? Ask me!
☆ Half payment is required to start a sketch. The sketch will be showed to you for approval. Once approved, rest of the payment is required to finish.
Refunds.
* Refunds can be given, even if you refuse to be refunded.*
☆ If you wish to cancel your commission after the sketch as already been completed, I will refund all but 5$ of the commission price to pay for my time spent on the sketch. The sketch will be uploaded VIA FA and it's yours.
☆ If I have accepted payment before starting, I will give you a full refund if I cannot complete your piece for whatever reason.
WIPs and Edits.
☆Wips are provided for for the Sketch and Flat color process only. This is mostly for conformation and if any changes need to be made.
☆ Edits Are offered only in the WIP process. It is not my fault if your character ends up missing a piercing or a spot on the ear because you failed to properly look over the sketch and flat color before confirming. Edits are a case by case basis and how difficult the alteration needed be. Huge edits that end up basically changing the entire image will cost extra for my time. No more than $10.
*I realized there is a little loophole in my ToS. Where Half payment is required to start, if you cancel all but $5 will be refunded. If I catch you \ doing this for a "$5" Sketch you will never be allowed to commission me again. First and last warning.*
Timeframe.
☆At the earliest, I will have a Commission complete in a week, and at the latest, a Month. This all depends on how many commissions I have and what's going on in my personal life. I will provide constant updates and continue communication.
☆ I am NOT accepting Deadlines at this time. I believe patience is key when it comes to art. If you want it done smoothly and correctly then let me do it at my pace.
☆ Queue will be posted on my profile page for your convenience.
Character info:
☆ Visual references are not a must but highly appreciated. If you do not have a visual reference you must give me as much detail as possible and images from google for example; hair reference.
☆If you provided multiple references, and one matches more closely to your character PLEASE let me know this.
Commissions Slots.
☆ Slots are opened via journal. They may or may not have special rules.
☆All Commissioners receive full Resolution images upon completion of the Image. My signature will ALWAYS be there.
☆ Under NO circumstances will I change my artistic style to fit what you're looking for. My style is my style.
☆I will NOT mimic any other artist's style or poses.
