Er, not sure about it but I know there are certain legalities to filming in a gravesite. O_o Might want to make sure it's okay to post that before you get into trouble. Not that I would report you but there are asshats.. who do asshatty things.

I made sure. We did not get footage of the names or dates on the gravestones so we are okay. I made sure with a friend who does photoshoots there at that graveyard and she said as long as we don't get clear footage of the gravestones names and/or dates we should be good.
