I'm getting a surprise for a close friend of mine, but I can't decide on who would be best to get a commission from. His favorite artists are BGN, spazzyhusky, redrusker, patto, slyus, and pretty much anyone with similar styles. So, I'm expecting to pay upwards of $75. I want to figure out who to commission to get the best art for the best price.

Anyone have any ideas or suggestions?
