I'm really pleased at the response this got! I've never seen the reaction to one of my songs publically before... people were clapping along even before the clapping bit, which has got to be a good sign.
As before, this song is dedicated to everyone who made Furfright what it was, and everyone who is making Furpocalypse what it's going to be :)

Haha, good question :) Comedy isn't unknown to the genre, with things like Edguy's love ballad to England and Iron Maiden's "Sheriff of Huddersfield", which is a song about their manager and what a fat lazy Yorkshireman he is. I started a cover of All Furries Go To Hell by Drama Armada ages ago but never quite finished it!

I know you can do standup and I know you can do metal. It does not seem to be stretch to combine the two. Maybe it is time to revive the cover? I had not heard of Edguy before. I must confess I do not listen to as much metal as I used to due to no longer djing at school. Ten Masked Men come to mind when I think of comedy and metal. I believe they exclusively do pop covers. More of guilty pleasure for me. Sheriff of Huddersfield really takes the piss out of the manager. I find you delightful DavidN:)
