Recently I saw a upsurge of artists packing up and leave FA. Honestly I don't want to do so as well but might do it if FA still have that stupid 1280X1280 size limit on. Come on 4K is the future and 1920*1280 already way too common out there.
Personally I don't felt the coding of FA is a big issue for me at least. I do know FA had several big outage, but I guess that is mostly because of Anti-furry people and Anti-gay people trying to make a fuss about it. So as some individuals trying to "cleanse" the world.

Weasyl is the best option. Please, if you create one, let us all know. I can't wait till Furaffinity becomes a minoritary site, given how it's mostly unmantained and archaic.
