Are these first-come, first-serve, or will you choose ideas you'd like to draw?
Does the adult theme fee apply only to sexually explicit ideas, or to tasteful nudity as well?
Well at the moment its sort of first-come first-serve, I'm pretty much open minded to what the commissioner would like I think.
Adult theme fee applies to sexually explicit ideas yes, privates showing, intercourse, BJ and so on.
Tasteful nudity goes goes with the normal price. =)
