It's amazing how there is absolutely no news coverage of this. Downtown is totally out of control right now near Hill and 1st Street and up the 101 to Grand. It moves around.

Yeah, I was using clues on your page to try and find out what was going on, but you're right. Absolutely no media coverage I can find either. That's really freaky.

Try to keep you and your household low-profile, turn off or dim lights, close blinds, lock doors, and keep some form of self defense available. Hopefully you go without incident.

Is it about the black teenager who was shot and killed by police? In either case, do be careful where you hang out until it's over. Otherwise I've been hearing mind blowing things about power abuse in the US recently, so I'm glad to hear that people are finally taking to the streets and defending themselves... it's about time it started happening.

I thought you were in Nevada... are they protesting there too?

There are several protests\riots going on around the country related to it.
