Yelling in my SLEEP

Hello my darlingsI cant be the only one!!
I dont do it too often but occasionally ill do something physically while sleeping, and its REALLY funny!
Last night I was dreaming that I was sitting on the couch eating pizza and brandon was sitting next to me and he took my pizza! and I got really mad and started yelling at him and I yelled "NOOO THATS MINE NOOO!!!" or something like that AND I GUESS I ACTUALLY YELLED THAT FOR REAL BECAUSE BRANDON WOKE UP AND WAS LIKE "wats wrong?!?!" and I was like .....im guna pretend im still sleeping... then i passed out again.
Other times I dreampt that I was fighting someone in my sleep, and you know how when your sleeping you cant fight, and like cause harm to people, well I try REALLY HARD in my dream and In my dream when I tried SUPER hard to bite a bad guy, cus I was trying to punch and kick and stuff and it was working I ACTUALLY BIT BRANDON IN MY SLEEP AND IT WAS REALLY FUNNY.

When I was little I used to sleep walk and like have conversations with my mom while sleeping and the next morning I wouldnt remember ANYTHING that happened

I have heard sttories from friends though that has been dealing with relaives that has "night terrors", where they in their sleep suddenly just start screaming in panic and can't really be stopped either. That is some seriously scarey stuff i'm glad i've never had to deal with.
