will be officially homeless in a week
in a weeks time i will be completely unable to be on the internet of any form as i will be homeless and either in jail or in crippling debt and wont be able to afford any kind of rent for 3-4 months and im not going to ask people for money this time because i know the result will just be people ignoring it so i guess this is kinda going to be a goodbye journal to you all for quite a bit until i can afford to make payments on things and get my own place... i shall live in a box and try to make the most of my life if i can begging from money on the streets while i try to keep my job without a place to live... so best of luck to you all on living your lives the best you can and i hope you dont end up like i have.
Boxes arent cozy. but you cant use your car... i guess...
I dunno what to say, but i wanna help you...
my one uncle lived in his car for two years by turning it into a giant nest of blankets.
He got through the winters that way.
Please be careful LordFireWings. I really do wish the best of luck to you.
Hope things may turn for the better.
Would it be possible for them to help?
If you have enough money for the moment, and will have your job for the next few weeks at least, look into purchasing a membership at a 24 hour gym. You'll have somewhere to park your car at night, that's warm and has showers.
Donate plasma. As often as you can. Save that money, accept for gas and the gym membership. Use it to save up. While doing that, check boards at your work, at the gym, free newspapers, craigslist, etc for rooms for rent.
As far as internet, your local library. With one piece of mail from the place you are now, and ID you can get a library card. Its usually free. With that library card you have access to free wifi for as long as you want to hang around the library during their hours. Some places have a bandwith limit though, so pay attention to that and the fine print.
Ask friends, family, friends of friends, people from work, anyone you know to find a couch or room available. Offer a small amount of money up front, but work/housework/chores/whatever. Also look into foodstamps, etc. Sometimes just knowing there's $100 or so coming in for food can be an incentive to give someone somewhere to crash for a short time.
