Well. The hotel is saying it was an individual but 90% of us here think it was one of the employees moving cleaner material, packaging opened and mixed and yeah.

It's so the hotel can't be held liable and the majority of us to get our money back

It was listed as a glass jar shattered on the floor and a criminal investigation is underway. Don't try to pin it on the hotel and liability silliness. :x
