I'm working on a cabbit and would like to add wings but I can't decide between bat wings are feather ones...what do you guys think?

Well do you want more cute or seductive? Cute feathered tends to be the one, and seductive kinda gives into bat like wings. At least that's how I see it.

Cute is my intent and bat wings can be cute if they're simplified Sort of chibi...kinda moogley? But both are so cute...I just can't decide

When me and a friend were playing D&D we made a huge list of wing types and wings materials/colors.
you could do something like that and just let the dice decide :P

Oh man I miss my dnd days...but man...what a gamble....I think the options to roll for would be

White feather wings
Black feather wings
White bat wings
Black bat wings
Red feathered
Red bat
