A mathematical paradox that's confused me.

imagine there is a row of chairs that goes on for eternity with each chair spaced 4 feet apart, then imagine another row of indefinite number of chairs 2 feet apart, does that one have more chairs because there is twice as many chairs or are they the same amount because they both go on forever and are both indifinite, are they the same or twice as much?

((of course, it's impossible to observe that because we can't see an indefinite line of anything- that would go against definition))
