So I have found I thoroughly enjoy designing dreamies and I think my skills are up to par to produce some nice ones.
Examples; (I'll add to them as I get more so you can see what I can produce)

Rules for MYO Dreamy Commissions:
-Have to read and adhere to all the rules for the MYO dreamies, which is posted here: http://sta.sh/05cpv7yefix (I will not make you a dreamy that breaks those rules)
- Dreamy species info: http://sta.sh/02efcjaffzha
- You have to purchase the MYO slot and fill out the form to make them official yourself.
-Payment will be after I complete the design, that said all designs not paid for will be watermarked as such
- For the cost of each slot I will make 1 round of edits if it's not immediately perfect
-Please fill out my form and note it to me
- By getting a design from me you are confirming you will make the design official.
- I'll add more rules as needed, but for now this is it!

Form to complete for your design:
UN: (Either FA or DA UN or both)
Dreamy Palette: (Please give me an image to work that way you get exactly the colors you want)
Hair style: (Pictures are also preferable, may be able to work off description but no guarantees)
Eyes: (Eye color and eye style, as well as expression)
Base color: (Point out which color you want as the primary base for the whole dreamy)
Secondary: (The next most primary color for big markings ect)
Ears: (Ear Style)
Tail: (How many tail puffs do you want? 10 puffs being max)
Extras: (Any extra fins, missing limbs, ect)
Theme: (Similar to Noel's gacha if there is a theme you have in mind)
Description: (Tell me what you'd like them to look like, gradients, spots, geometric designs, swirls, ect. Also if you have anything specific you definitely want on them, such as stocking markings are finger markings ect.)
