I couldn't even open my mouth enough to get a pill in it, so of course the painkillers they gave me weren't helping at all. It's worse than it has been the whole time. SO, they gave me liquid codeine, more antibiotics, and finally actually talked to the oral surgeon they use at their hospital.

Friday morning I go in to see the surgeon to see if he'll do anything for me. Fingers crossed, because I cannot live like this until March (which is when the place in Chicago can get me in). The whole right side of my face is swollen, the outside feels bruised, the insane is pushing against my teeth, my jaw doesn't line up properly, and when I put any sort of pressure on the right side, it's excruciating. I still can't eat, I've been living off smoothies for awhile now.. I just want this fixed. I'm sick of taking pain meds, knowing it's just a temp fix.
