Musings of a fluffy wuffie.
So, I hit a deer with my car. Damages look bad, but it's the hood, front left panel, and front left headlight (maybe also the fog front left fog lamp) that need to be replaced. Unsure if the insurance company is going to total it, so I'm without a car for the time being. =\

It was creamed and it landed in the grassy median of the highway. I'm not going to go dragging it out and across the highway =P

This is another reason why I'm thinking of getting a Ford Model A for my first car. They can stand up to this sort of thing (as long as the deer doesn't go through the windshield). Plus they're easy to fix and you can still get parts---NEW parts!---for them.
