I forgot to post health updates here! Sorry!
In short: Things got really REALLY horrible through all of October and November, but began to clear up in December. Unfortunately, a lot of the damage done through the fall (and the subsequent flare-ups of other things likely brought on by the fall) remains and may be my new normal - but as long as I'm below a certain pain threshold I can work. That's where I've been for a few weeks, and I'm grateful to have what I have.
Catch-up is happening, slowly but steadily. I had four months in which I was mostly useless, so there's a lot to tackle. Here's a rundown:
-I will not miss any Precocious updates. Not only do I need to be active to stay on the map, but it's what motivates me - and something I can do when I'm sick and shaky. Wobbly lines in the comic only hurt me. Wobbly paid work hurts people who trusted me, and that's unacceptable.
-I still have take-home badges from Anthrocon to finish. (I know, I know...) They're all drawn and inked at this point. Coloring and mailing isn't too far off.
-I'm around 75% done with Kickstarter fulfillment. Art-based rewards are the ones taking the longest, as you'd expect. I do a pile of them every week. The next group will be the remaining handful of original comic claims and doll orders.
-For other Kickstarter stuff, I still have a bonus story to draw, and an "I'm sorry" charm set will be sent later to backers who've had to wait. In time, guys. In time.
-I have sneaked in some time to begin doing prep for Precocious book 4. There's hope I could catch up in time to get it all together on schedule. I sorta need to do paid comic work to live, so I'm motivated. (And I *really* want to create that companion book!)
-More stuff I'm forgetting about right now, because there's always more stuff.
I'm chipping away at everything here and there. It can feel like no progress since it's such a small dent each time, but it's getting done. I'm slower than I was before the fall, but I'm getting faster. Plus, since I'm now so broken that I can't really leave the house, I have nothing else to do but work! Everything is a top priority, so focusing on one task just annoys people waiting on another task. It's an unwinnable situation, so I'll try to be efficient and work on what I can, when I can.

Really hope you get your health back sometime soon. Wish they could just plug you into a USB device and determine exactly what the problem is like they do with cars.
