loved it! got some new games fer my ps3 (assasins creed rouge, the evil witin, call of duty advanced warfare (day zero edition) and wolfenstien: the new order) an NES wit mario/duckhunt/world clas track meet, zelda 2 and gotca, a new keyboard! at my dads i got a nice .308 bolt action rifle, new fishing pole, tacklebox, a zombie shirt, book on gun cartrages and a movie on carbines

An NES? Sweet, you've got good taste. Which model is it, the one where you put cartridges through the front, or through the top? If it's the former, make sure the pins in it are aligned JUST right. And never blow on cartridges, only use cotton swabs and rubbing alcohol.

Lastly, ALWAYS remember to hold reset while turning off a game with a battery-save feature!

Forgot to mention that if the pins aren't aligned right, use a needle to realign them.

Yeah, they don't tell you this stuff when you buy it.

ya its a top loader, and i knew about the battery saves fer quite some time

Heh, mine's a front-loader, so I'm basically trading the convenience of the top-loader for the slightly clearer picture of the front-loader's AV cable option instead of the top-loader's RF.

Also, Zelda II is highly underappreciated. :3

the video of my toploader is clear, no static and plays fine on hdtvs, however the zappers will not work on the flatscreens as they work better on crt tvs

*looks over at his own flatscreen setup* Well, shit. No Duck Hunt for me. :(
