Another proof that many artists are very greedy. Yet no one said it was his drawing, but you have already shouting that this theft, and that drawing must be immediately removed from the gallery...

So you are saying that artists have no right to say where their art can be posted? Not have a right to be fairly compensated for their hard work? This is theft plain and simple. A lot of artists have a DNP policy which states who can and where their art may be posted. Some have even gone as far as letting sites know that their art is not to be posted on the site whatsoever.

If you want art, then pay for it

Okay. Misunderstanding happens. You saying: "Not have a right to be fairly compensated for their hard work?" They have this "compensation" when comissioner paying for artwork. In this case - art theft is not cool. BUT! Other drawings, which artist made at they wish - is not a comissions or paid artwork. And in THIS case - their "compensations" can be only a donations.

And MY opinion: If somebody posting "stolen" arts - he MUST provide a source of this (as minimum)

You did heavily imply that, and imo, that logic is HEAVILY flawed.

Okay, everybody have their own logic. I'm saying that because I've found my renders on ( http://rule34.paheal.net/post/list/angry_cat/1 ) too. I don't care about this 'cus that was a free art. Nobody paid me for doing this.

Still, for me even if it was a free image, and trust me I have had a "free commission" or two basically stolen and retraced, its more of the matter of principle that it was done FOR someone else and not just personal creation, that makes it even worse, and from what I have seen thus far, most of these images are YCH's and commissions. I took notice to several of them right away because been watching said artists, and honestly, MOST of the images have either no watermark/signature, or seem very pixilated. So it's just too fishy for me really.

Plus, logic dictates that you don't mess around with someone's lively hood without at least asking first.

Yes, if you repost and claim you have drawn it, or sell it off for your benefit, then it is considered theft.

If you are simply saving the art because you like it, and are not reposting else where, then no, it is not theft.
