Saturday's Bowling Meet Review

Weeeeellllll its been awhile...since my last journal post..soooooo HIYA!
Just wanted to post saying I had a fun time at the last Grand-Rapids bowl meetup. There was a loooot of people there, and the meet flew by waaaaaaaaaay too fast! I'm fairly surprised how much the meets have grown, since they first started. 10+ people use to be considered a LOT of people at the meet! but now we have what...over 50 easily? Never really counted before but its a lot xD Love seeing more and more locals, new furs, or furs who simply didnt know the meets existed. I still to this day, run into furs in GR who say oh there's meets in the area? I didnt know!!! We still have furries who in general, just dont know these things happen. Saw a video blog the other day of a local place. There was a furry on it near the end, and im like huh.. Never seen that fursuit head in my life..its pretty good! But id be sure she doesnt know about our meets...let alone Facebook pages and such, to meet furs in the area, to tell her about the meets.
Anywhom. Had a great time, Was glad seeing some friends I havent seen in awhile, and was glad i was able to hang around them and be a derp x3 The dancing on the bar side was fun. Oddly had a girl who felt like rubbing her but against my front side and i waas like w/e ill let you have your fun for a few secs then go on. XD and i enjoyed the multiple public people who wanted pictures with us. Even when I got over to steak n shake, some guy and his friends ( 3 others ) noticed me, and randomly shouted out to me 'HEY GREEN DUDE CAN I PET YOU?' and im like .... SURE!!! he asked me to come over, and im not the type to just randomly walts over to a group of people idk. so I kinda ignored it for a few and he ran over and petted me and asked for a hug, as his friends were laughing probably like woooow really? xD
Lookin forward to the next one. Glad i got a few peoples input randomly, about how much i ( as a person ) and as a suiter, have changed/improved since i first started going to the meets. Glad to hear it ^^

Though I'm not sure what you mean when you say 10+ people used to be considered huge. I started going at either the first or second meet in 2012, and I've never seen below about 20... and they grew so fast, there were about 40-45 furs (with a bunch of Indiana furs coming regularly) by the fourth or fifth meet.

with like 10 or 12 people (I want to say) September
of last year. A few weeks ago, we lost count at 80!
It's both exciting and scary all at the same time lol.
Exciting because we were calling it Auburn Mini-con.
Scary because THAT many people in one place is a
take over and well... IT'S SCARYYYY!!!!!!! LMFAO!!!
