Got on popular views?! And next story

Well I just posted my second story! Each of these takes me ~500 years to do, just due to distractions, IRL business, and the fact I tend to proofread and tweak them until I finally feel they are up to par over several readings. Not just typos, but overuse of language, general flow, etc.
Surprisingly this time I woke up to see my story on the "Popular" column of SoFurry, and it got a ton of watches here. Thanks to everybody that took the time to fav/vote/etc on these, it means a lot to see people actually like what I produce!
This latest story was based on a dream I had a few years ago. Dreams tend to be my biggest muse, and I've still got a few down the pipe I can churn out. I thought I'd poll the people watching me and see what we'd like to see next. I've got two things in mind:
1.) Is a short story, and it's literally a story ABOUT porn. Specifically the career of an amateur porn star with a "problem" (think X-men) and the hijinks that ensue from that. It's in the same vein as what I've written so far.
2.) Is a longer story, which would probably be written as a series, about a young man coming of age and joining a cult of druids and lycanthropes that protect and watch over his village. This one would involve some M/M human x furry action toward the beginning, and would be very story heavy, with the porn being an added side benefit.

Second, I haven't read anything you've written yet (at least I don't think so, I have a very large backlog of stories to read...), but I'll definitely try to get around to doing so.
Third, I know journals don't get a lot of responses usually, so I thought I'd throw in my two cents: both from what I'd want to see, but also from what I've seen as a writer.
Personally, I think long stories are really cool: in fact, one of my favourite stories (which is sadly not really available any more, Hound by xformguy on deviantArt/nifty) was very long.
That doesn't seem to be the case for everyone, though: a lot of my most popular stories are quite short. I think if you're going to write porn, especially for guys, there's probably a sweet spot for how long something needs to last before they, uh, "lose interest". I just bring that up because if you put a lot of effort into something, and fewer people like it than you were expecting, it can be discouraging.
But this is all just based on my own experience; your mileage may vary. But hopefully you found it useful or interesting.
