I drank a bottle of wine on new years and don't remember what happened...Rook refuses to tell me what I did...apparently it was entertaining.
In any case, got a nice mouse invasion in our house. They destroyed our spice drawer...ate all the paprika and salted peanuts but left the hotter spices alone.
In thanks for their meal, they filled the bottom of the drawer with aplenty of shit pellets.

for kill traps there are glue pad, and various snap traps
but I've been seeing a bunch of no kill 5-gallon bucket traps on youtube of late to varying levels of complexity
and if you put a gallon of water in the 5-gallon bucket it'll auto-kill the little buggers too (they get tired of swimming and drownded)
just an idea
Skip the anti-freeze. just use a gallon of water. they will be to tired from swimming and drown on their own. besides, ethyl-glycol smells nasty
Here Lav, a DIY mouse bucket. this way you won't have to kill any of the little buggers.
Also, I had no idea mice would eat paprika... I suppose it made finding their turds easier, at least? >_>
