Feet: $175+

TERMS OF SERVICE:
-General Info
I do not do hard deadlines, I may work with a loose one. Please let me know of a timeframe when ordering, not a few weeks beforehand. I have a full time job that is priority for me and can be demanding at times.
I do not do rush orders. If something is close to a deadline and needs to be express shipped, the buyer will have to pay the extra amount in advance.
I only do business with adults, 18 and older. If you are under 18, your parent may contact me and we can possibly work something out.
I work in a 100% smoke free area. I do own a cat!

-Payment Guidelines
I require payments via PayPal. If, for some reason, you are unable to use Paypal, please let me know up front and we can discuss other payment options. Note that payments made without Paypal, may be subject to a waiting period that can slow your project down.
For commissions under $100, payment in full is expected upon time of commission.
For commissions over $100 I require 40% up front, non-refundable, for materials/supplies. Payment plans are available. This will be discussed per client at time of commission. Payment in full is required before ANY commission will be shipped.

-Shipping
I normally ship with USPS, and I'm willing to ship overseas.
I do require that you pay for shipping, and I will always include tracking and insurance if possible.

-Warranty/Returns
Every item comes with a 30 day limited warranty covering workmanship and materials. Repairs or replacements will be made for free within this period.
Please note that the warranty will be null and void if:
* the item has been abused or used improperly
* the item has been altered in any way
* the item is soiled or has a smell, and has not been cleaned prior to return the customer has not cooperated with efforts to collect shipping insurance on an item that has arrived damaged (see below).
Custom-made costumes, as a standard, are not made for especially high-demand applications, LARP combat, rough-housing, or use on rough terrain.
* Once a fursuit/costume has been used, it is not eligible for a partial or full refund.

-Cancellation/Alteration
Once a project is started, changes may not be made to the design.
I reserve the right to cancel any commission at any stage of the process if the commissioner is rude, threatening, or otherwise unreasonable. Unless we agree to them, no changes can be made to a commission once we have purchased the supplies.
The customer may cancel the project at any time. The balance (minus the down payment) can be refunded, or the full amount paid can be credited toward another project. I reserve the right to complete the cancelled project any way I choose and sell it at auction.
If you do not pay your monthly fees in accordance to our payment plan that is agreed to upon project acceptance and cannot keep good e-mail contact, I reserve the right to cancel your commission and refund you only what you have paid towards it, the deposit non-refundable. If for any reason something comes up that keeps you from being able to pay, simply e-mail us and explain the situation. Failure to do so will result in us assuming you just don’t want to pay, and your commission will be cancelled.
There are cases where I may refuse a project. This could be due to time constraints, or the actual subject matter. As with many other commissioners, there are certain lines that we will not or can not cross. If I refuse a commission/project, the customer will be notified (with reason included).
