Lost my life on the bus last night. SIN card, passport &all.

all of my information. birthcard, SIN card, passport, even my immunization record, everything.
i left my purse on a TTC bus last night (toronto transit for those who dont know), and some dishonest person took it and didnt return it. i called lost and found and nothing. they said to check back monday because theres a backlog on the missing items but....idk...
ive called and canceled my passport, SIN card is extremely difficult to cancel and theyre giving me a real hard time about it..and thats what people can really use against me. take a credit card out in my name or some other shit. not to mention i cant get a job without it, and im currently jobless. so thats GREAT. birthcard cant be canceled until i have 35$ to buy a new one and i have negative 217$ in my bank right now thanks to paypal being fucktards, and my bf needed to borrow money, that im not angry about...just fuckface paypal.
literally the chick on the phone from service canada told me i cannot 'cancel' a SIN card. she pretty much told me that the only way i can have it flagged and be unable to use is if i have proof that someone is using it for fraud and report it to the police. are you fucking serious? someone out there, has my fucking SIN numbers, and i cant do anything about it until they decide to open a credit card and take out hundreds of dollars without me knowing until i call equifax and find out im in debt. THIS IS MENTAL SHIT. WHAT THE FUCK UGH ive just been crying and panicking all damn day.
this is so stupid.....idk....just gonna...i guess relax and hope and pray someone doesnt put me in debt for the rest of my fucking life. highly unlikely though, living in scarborough with all these scum assholes.

When I lost my wallet, I found that the hard part was getting my birth certificate replaced. I needed that to get anything else and their standards are higher than for a passport. I needed to get my doctor to witness the fact that I was me. (They take other professionals as witnesses, but the only one I knew was my doctor. You might be luckier.) Next I used my birth cert to get a replacement Ontario Photo Card. (You might use it to get a replacement drivers license if you had one.) With those two items, I was able to get replacements for everything else. Except my bank cards; BMo was pretty good about just sending me new ones to my old address.
