To the real news,

I want to welcome everyone to 2015! I hope you had great Christmas break and I look forward to this new year. I want to address a few things in this journal and what to expect.

1. 2015 Admins/Moderators: As this is a new year, we must keep this page going strong. As you may have noticed now, we have new members joining the YugiFurs family. First of all, I would like to congratulate  spectrepaw for his work as a moderator. He has now been promoted as an admin now. Congratulations! I would also like to introduce two new moderators as well:  werewolfjedi5 &  samifur. The last person I would like to introduce is another person that also founded YugiFurs with me from the very beginning. His name is  white_wolfster and he will return as my partner in crime along with my vice admin,  syruswolfos. If you would like to congratulate our new members, please give them a shout out on their pages and via notes! Also, if you would like to apply for a moderator position, we would love to know you and consider you in the near future. Please send a note to an admin of your choice and they will get back to you ASAP.

2. Artists for YugiFurs: We only have one artist at the moment. We are currently looking for more that can help cycle the months of free art. For now,  rose is the main artist for tourney prizes. If you have an artist in mind that does free art, or can consider drawing free art once a month, please let any admin know so we can contact he/she, or comment to this journal below.

3. YugiFurs Cleanup - For this month, the admins and I will try to clean up this page a little, as outdated journals, information, etc. needs to be either updated, or removed. Expect a nice clean page soon!

Also as a final note, there will be no January tourney, as we are taking a break to allow the new people to get used to the page and also discuss plans for the future. We plan to resume again in February!
