Plan of 2015
Okay, New year new plan. 2014 was a nightmare to me. Now I need to get back into my gear.
To do:
Get all As (or at least B) for all my course.
Lose Weight and get two pack of abs if possible. (AKA use the university's gym and eat healthy)
Finish writing the two stories I promised to write
Stop biting finger skin.... (That is a habit I had since 8th grade. When I stressed I like to bite em.)
Make some friends, I mean the friends not intended to sex.
Go to Europe Alone (maybe with friends) during summer.
Play with my toys (I have not played with them for more than a year >.<)
Get a internship this fall.
To NOT do:
Get depressed
Get Fat.
Get too much League of Legends.
Fail any of my courses.
Wish me luck

As far as weight loss goes, get a calendar, and put a stamp on each day you go to the gym. That's what I've done since the 1st, and so far it's worked for me. And try going exercising during the morning; wake up, them immediately make your favorite coffee/tea, then go to your gym. You'd be amazed at how more energetic you might feel... At least, it makes my days feel at least 10% better.
And stop procrastinating on going to the gym. If you're anything like me, think about what you're doing, right at this moment, and just stop. Are you reading this comment and can be using the gym now? Stop. Stop now, turn off your PC/Mac/Phone and get your gym clothes.
The door to fitness is consistency, and you are the key. DO IT REGULARLY, not all in one go, because the latter will not get you the results you want as fast, if at all.
