Depends on the type of art. DA is usually cleaner stuff like plain nudes and clean art. FA tends to be a mix of both. I don't really watch many on DA if they are already on FA.

Typically FA. Its just easier because the majority of everyone seems to be on FA that's at least the fur part of people that'd watch you on DA.

well... accounting for the fact that FA went down for security issues too... I guess I'm screwed no matter where I am ;3p

At least FA did something about it and had the hacker V& while DA swept it under the rug pretending it never happened.

I try to visit both everyday but i like FA more, there are things that DA has that i wish FA had and vice versa but i try not to worry about that to much.

Both sites have their merits and their flaws. For DA, their search engine is more refined allowing me to hone in on specific files. I browse DA specifically for quality flash animations. FA's search engine is...rather lacking, but in here, you have the freedom to submit your more mature artwork, submissions that DA would never allow. On FA, you'll naturally garner more attention here (though it will take time to get the momentum going).

FA For the Win

I never really used DA or any other art sites before FA came around I was mostly lurking on various furry related forums and bulletin boards for looking at art and stories. Since joining FA back when it first showed up I haven't used anything else as most of the folks who used to post on the places I used to go seem to mainly post here nowadays.

meh... I've been putzing with VCL till someone mentioned Deviant. Then someone mentioned FA and its lax nudity rules and I leapt at it

I am where the good art and stories are.
To be blunt: its the reason im in the fandom.
I am on DA because there are plenty of great artists over there, and I am here on FA as well because here too you find no end of wonderous talent, (allthough to be perfectly honest FA is biased in the favour of the visual medium rather then stories, just somthing I have noticed over time).
I am on VCL because there too you find great artists and writers, and allso where you have your stories (your stories are great by the way, keep it up).
Eaven if I do find VCl somewhat hard to keep up with, mostly since there are no end of artists on there and its hard to find the story or artwork I am looking for unless I know the name of the author or artist and can go look him up.
All things considered, if you start posting here I will start paying more attention to you here, I just have one request to make of you, please post your stories in pdf format like you do in VCL, my eyes are not all that good anymore and reading the tiny font of furaffinity tends to drive me a little crazy.

I prefer dA over FA. I mean I get more feedback there, and a lot of the people usually are either helping me get better, or theres more things pertaining to my intrests there. Here, tbh, I originally signed up just to see the different FM artists who didnt choose to be on dA. Since I dont even really get feedback here, just fav wave, or on rare occasion a comment, just not that driven to post.

I pay attention most on FA.
