Can you help me find ...?

I'm looking for two people to make some things for me, and I was wondering if you knew anyone who might be able to do it!
I would like to get Serule's hat and staff made so I can wear/wield them at FWA and any other places.
If you know a good tailor, cosplay prop maker, or whoever who could make either one (or both!), please comment and lemme know! :>
(I would be commissioning this person, and they would have to be able to send the finished product to me.)
