Damn. It's been freezing here in Michigan

Been there done that, bud .... it's no fun, I remember when the trailer brakes on my flatbed froze, it was about 2 or 3 out with a brisk wind to make it feel even worse. I woke up yesterday to froze water supply and could not get anyone here till today to thaw it out, my heater tape went belly up some time Wednesday night, not to mention I also have to put in a new hot water tank, it's been leaking for some time now and might have to rip the floor up and do some replacement .... -sighs heavily- SB.

With wind chill its been -15 to -30 the last few days...kinda makes me regrett being a flatbedder right now, having to tarp in this shit. If it makes you feel any better, our water heater is going out and leaks pretty badly too. I bought a nice new high efficiency tankless heater only to find out that this house is so old its not compatible so I have to have the entire plumbing system redone to install it, which is going to cost me like $10k. >.<
