Problems and solutions
Most recent problem
-Intense pain in teeth/gums
-No insurance until February (hopefully)
-Had to get an Xray to at least pinpoint what's going on costing me 80 bucks (meh -___- )
The good news
-No permanant damage (thank god)
-Deep cleaning every 6 months and more diligent flossing will put me back in "good shape".
-Pain should go away and life should go back to normal once I get insurance to pay for care (soon)
-Prescription pain killers are such a relief.
More bad news
-Ex Gender production at standstill due to medical/dental and financial issues
-Writer's block keeps slowing things down.
-pain in chest, legs, neck worry me. Make it hard to focus.
-Need to check with the doctor due to worrying new symptoms, but that'll have to wait until February...
But the bright side is:
-This motivated me to re - arrange my working space so that I must stand up to use the PC (for health reasons)
-Being on my feet for hours at a time, keeping knees bent, and carefully maintaining good posture has elevated my mood dramatically.
-Pain in chest, legs, neck are almost gone, though I'd still like to have a decent checkup ASAP.
-More productive since "lazy sluggish" feelings are gone.
-Ex Gender is more immersive and alive than ever.
-Story is closing up nicely.
-Help from editor(s)
-Seriously feeling better about the final product each week.
Unfortunately...
-Money is very tight due to emergencies and numerous "issues" that keep bombarding the lower middle class lifestyle.
-Want to focus more of my time on Ex Gender, but I must branch out and do more work in general so I can handle rent and student loan payments.
Fortunately:
-Some of you will be glad to see me streaming again
-More active on FA
-Will be happy to answer any and all questions about Ex Gender via stream.
-Will try to have my streaming up and running later today!

I think some of us have different definitions of what "poor" is. In a first world problems kinda way... perhaps on a comparison scale of some sort, or maybe some statistic measure, I could be described as rather poor. However, living near a garbage filled cliff-side in a bad part of Mexico during the early 90s, and even spending a short while being homeless before I ever attended grade school in retrospect has taught me that there's a huge difference between your definition of "poor" and true, dead end poverty.
I currently have clean hot water, consistent food availability, almost satisfactory internet service and a safe living environment. To live without these, is to really understand what true poverty is. So it's harder for someone like myself to imagine my current situation as being anything other than middle class when you can recall what it is like to sleep with the rats.
Shot in the dark but I'll guess you'd fall under the definition of "Working Class" or "Working Poor"
I think the biggest thing I am missing out on is health care. other stuff is secondary.
Seriously though, I've seen a lot of artists get taken down entirely by having the gall to seek medical attention for necessary bodily upkeep. It's good to hear that you're working through this smartly and keeping productive despite the difficulties. Best of luck; I'm looking forward to see how this project turns out!
>Yeeesssss
Though seriously, sucks to hear that you've got all these health issues and other worries. Hope you recover soon - or at the very least, can start bringing the money in to help dealing with all those issues.
All the best to you, and shall hope to see you soon via streams!
