The common misconception of "Love".
What is love? Why does it happen? And at what point does subconscious self decide that you need that asset in your life?
Love originates from an idea. But at what point does an idea turn into reality? People seem to confuse what they think is love with an idea. A notion that one day, eventually, that is the life they will be living. But what decides that this is what we want? Why do we long for this objective when we never even dreamed of it before it was part of our lives?
They say what doesn't kill you, makes you stronger. I don't think you ever get stronger, it just makes you prudent. It breaks you. You lose faith and confidence in people. You don't fall for the same illusions again. Eventually you learn the difference between an idea and love. You grasp the concept of realism and what is viable. You stop making short-sighted decisions based on the futile speculation that the grass is going to be greener on the other side.
Life is what YOU make of it - and there isn't much of it left. Don't waste your life on a idea.
