[ Adoptable Policies ]

I'm hoping to do more adoptables lately so I'll be writing an official policies that will apply to ALL adoptables bought from me.
☆What You Are Buying☆
- You will have 48 hours to send me the payment once the adopt has been claimed, I don't do holds. Once payment is received, I'll send over the unwatermarked, no BG, separate image file.
- Once the payment has been received and the unwatermarked file has been sent to you, the CHARACTER is now yours. However, the art, original design, and, if applicable, species design, must be credited to me! I require you credit me for species/original designer for the first piece of art you upload of that character and while it would be nice if you credit every time, it is not required.
- You may credit me by jeanawei1234 @ FA or JeanaWei @ dA
- Once the character is yours, you may apply SMALL changes such as color tweaks or marking changes, however, these two must not be applied together and the tweaked design must still be recognizable
- The tweaked and original design/character are not two separate entities so do not treat them as such
- You may post the original artwork file into your gallery, but credit is required and please WATERMARK the file
- Your adopted character cannot be used for commercial purposes
☆Species Adopts☆
- You are not obligated to keep that character as the species, but if you do decide to change species, please let me know
- All art you submit of that species must be credited back to me as the creator of the species
- You may not add features previously not included on the original design (ie. changing traits, adding rare traits)
☆Ownership Transfers☆
- You may trade or gift any adoptable you buy from me, but please let me know and please link them to this policies journal so they are aware what they are getting into
- You may resell for EQUAL TO OR LESS than what you paid for the adoptable, no added "sentimental value", you may not profit from my adoptables, let me know if you should resell any adoptable purchased from me
- You can not resell anything you've got for free, ie. raffles, giveaways, DTAs,

- By adopting from me, it is given that you will have read and agreed to the rules listed above
- If any rules are broken, you'll be banned from adopting from me and, given the situation, the adopt you have purchased may be taken back by me
