Damn you paypal ..

Well... when I finally thought I'm done with paypal after verifing my account I realised that I can only send payments.
I can't receive money and I'm so confused .. or maybe there is something more that I should do to open this limit?
Also goshhh, I can't even withdraw funds from my paypal to my card, it says:
PayPal accounts opened in this country or region currently cannot withdraw funds. We regret any inconvenience this may cause you.
We are continually expanding our global network to give valued users like you greater access to the wide range of PayPal options.
I'm so angry like DAMN why I even created an paypal and annoyed my dad to help me with creating it if I can only send payments .-.
Living in my country sucks .. what is the sense of making commissions and receiving money if I can't use them ? .. oh stop, I can't even receive money sdhvfsjdfbsdjfbsdfvhsdf
Or maybe I do something wrong?

Well, at least you'll be able to make purchases through paypal from European sites, I guess?
I did not created my paypal for it, damn, I'm so sad ;---;
if i could at least be able to receive the money from others ..
Is because of my country Moldova. Paypal appeared in our country recently and we are only able to send money.
No one knows when we will have all the limits of paypal .. I'm so sad because I spend so much time on creating it and now ..
I may try to create another account and change the country but I'm not sure it will allow me to use my card, is already registred in my current account and I'm not sure if is possible to delete my card from the current account and transfter it to the new one. Also I don't want to close my current account, not after all the verifications
I really don't know what to do .. I lost all my motivation
