Haha, this guy! That's right, in these "hard economic times" I just got shit-canned today with very little fanfare, just a "sorry about this, if anything comes up we'll call you", and then shuffled out the door. They wouldn't even let me finish my shift - ah, to be completely disposable. If I weren't so cynical I'd probably be intensely bitter and pissed off about this, but talks of lay-offs had been circulating for weeks now and I knew I'd be first on the chopping block if it came to that (and I was absolutely right - FIRST LET GO! W00T!!!), so... eh.

So what does this mean in the long run? Fucked if I know - I'm just gonna start collecting my unemployment checks and go from there. With more time on my hands this might just mean more output on here for the loyal few who actually give a crap; lucky you guys, huh?
