Yes, a horse can whinny any way he wants heh. Peaceful whinnies are the best. Have you ever done a "real" horse hug before? Ever shared breath? *nickers softly and looks on hopefully, almost licking my lips at the tasty-looking hay*

*welcomes you with a nicker and trots a bit towards you as you come closer to meet* Oh hey Chester c: Haha yes, sometimes you just gotta let one out, you know? Especially Peaceful whinnies, and not Pieceful ones. *my ears lower a bit in embarrassment for my mistake* No, I've never had a "real" horse hug. Would you like to? *touches nose to yours*

*looks down my long muzzles going slightly cross-eyed as our noses meet, I gently blow a warm puff of breath from my nose to yours, sending a few soft quick puffs of breath into your nostrils waiting to see your reaction to the "sharing breath" before we do the equine hug*

*surprised, I snort and pull back a bit, giving my head a little shake. I chuckle a bit then touch my nose back to yours, puffing air through my nose into yours now*

*blushes at the first reaction, lowering my head a little bit, worried that I was too forward, but then your nose came back and puffed quick soft breaths of air against my nose, I take them in and blow back once in reply* … Sorry about that. I … just get kinda carried away about my more feral greetings heh.

*nuzzles nose against the side of yours* No need to feel sorry. That was a little fun experience! I'll have to remember the sharing of breath haha I'd love for you to show me one of your hugs now *shares my breath with you once again for the fun of it*

*hurrrrr hurrrrrrs soft and deep, once again flaring my nostrils at your sweet breath, blowing back quick puffs of my own sweet warm breath before lifting my head to the side of your neck and putting my head over your shoulders, you feel the slow gentle pressure of my neck against your shoulder, my chin presses a little against your back* … Horsey hug

*As your soft warm neck presses against me, I can feel a warm comforting sensation. I then go about and stretch my neck a bit to do the same for you, nuzzling the side of my face against you and then resting my chin on your back as well* mmm, this is nice... *A warm relaxing and grateful sigh escapes slowly from my nostrils and onto your back, enjoying the moment for a while, closing my eyes and smiling*

*nickers softly* … Not too shabby, hmm?

hehe, not shabby at all! It's very comforting and friendly. Do you have any other horsey tricks up your hooves? *the hay I was eating catches my eye and I lower my head to the ground, pressing my nose into it, nudging it close to you* I saw you taking a look at it earlier and you're free to have it! I insist *light nicker*

well, other than the different sounds we make, and using my ears to show emotion and communicate a lot (along with my tail too), it's mostly just the nuzzling, sharing breath (which is pretty rare actually) and the "real" horsey hugs.

*looks down at the hay and gives a soft nicker again, kneeling down as I take in some of the hay you nudged closer to me* … Very kind of you.

One of my favorites is mutual grooming. It kind of reminds me of horsey hugs haha I groom your back with my mouth, you groom mine. *stretches neck towards your neck and nibbles gently to groom as you eat the hay* You know, like that! *chuckles*

*soft and deep hurrrrrrr hurrrrrrs at the feel of your blunt teeth grooming at my neck, as I swallow the muzzle full of sweet hay, then lean my neck over and groom at your shoulder* … you're definitely a very nice and affectionate stallion *blushes a bit*

*blushes at your nice comment* Aww thanks! heh Yea... I don't know, I can't control it I guess. I tend to be very touchy~ It's just who I am. It also helps that you're equally as nice of a stallion, and handsome, I must add. I really enjoy your presence!

Well you're present here, aren't you? Doesn't your state of being and existing here count as your presence? *I chuckle lightly and look down at your shuffling hoof and tap mine against yours playfully*

I'm present, but presence includes more than just being, I think. *flicks my tail softly side to side* … Overall, I'm a pretty shy stallion

Oh, well... who knows. I don't hehe I'm sure the more we interact you'll get used to me and not feel shy eventually! I mean after all, we DO keep running into each other, which is nice. *I step closer and press my face against yours and nuzzle, trying to comfort the shy stallion*

*moves my muzzle lower slowly, and nibbles at the top of your chest and your shoulder*
