Friend suggested unplugging my mouse - the ONE THING I hadn't even considered to do in response to my tablet issue.
Guess that was the problem cos it fixed the issue instantly, as far as I can tell, even after I plugged the mouse back in. 8T

You've not! Storm just rolled in so I'm waiting to see how well my net's gonna hold up before I pick up the stream again. (plus I need a bit of time to fiddle with the settings on my tablet to get them back where I'm comfortable)

Heh. Yeah. USB in general can get confused when you have a bunch of stuff connected. Reseating connections often solves the problem.

I just found it a bit funny cos I'd unplugged the tablet several times and it never changed anything. Guess I'll just have to keep this in mind if I ever run into this kind of issue again :U
