Well, I have a great job now at a very nice country club in North Louisiana. I work as a prep cook under an executive chef and I couldn't have a better job here. I'm sorry I haven't been posting lately, but I intend on resuming my posts. I'll start showing my work in the club. Our menu is a bit of a twist on Asian fusion but we also do promotional dinners that are off menu to bring in more clientele for the clubs restaurant. We will be doing a sou vide steak and boiled lobster night soon. I CAN'T wait! Feel free to message me if you want any recipes for whatever reason and I will do my best to make and post them~
