In my experience, most people don't offer bags. If you want to, you certainly can but most people won't ask for them or need them. :)

Which one are you thinking of going to?
Take a shirt change and maybe some wet-wipes/deodorant just in case you need to wash your armpits or something; don't want to get smelly partway through the day; sometimes the rooms are warm!

Also, make sure you bring enough food for the day unless you want to send people on food runs. It's also a great idea to have somebody else who can man the table for a few minutes as there will be times you want to get up and see what's going on around the rest of the room.

Maybe we'll come visit if you're not going far from home. :)

I was considering vancoufur, its not too far a drive. Not really sure though, it depends if i have the stuff ( not gonna spend a lot of money on prints or anything, some but not tons.
I didnt know I could have someone with me, do they also have to pay? ( they wont be drawing or selling art)

Thanks for letting me know about the dorky cheese people. Hopefully I wont have to tell anyone to take a hike but if I do I will. More likely I might end up ignoring them, not to be rude but just to work. It is hard to work if a bunch of new people come over though... Hmm... What to do...

Nah, you can let anybody watch your table; you're just paying for the table so you can pretty much have however many people you want with you. Not usually room for more than 3, though. (And 3 gets tight behind one little table, for sure.) Some people even split tables with other artists if they don't need a whole one. I'd split one with ya if you find you don't need it; I'm always down for badge commissions. :)

O that would be cool, the tables arent very big though, I would probably use all the space with just pencils and papers lol. i use a lot of space :/

they are only 3'x36" so quite small... I'm not sure i can fit 2 people in that space tbh.

well, they are only selling half tables, which are well... very tiny. you ofc can pay double and get a full table which I am considering as well. that amount of space is barely enough to work in tbh.

I'm not sure how it works with buying 2 spots. perhaps they only allow it if they don't fill up

Also, be friendly to everyone, but don't be too polite to tell someone who smells like cheese and who's been hanging around your table talking to you for 2 hours about the specific bolts people put on airsoft guns that you really need to get some work done.
