Figure Drawing Stream TONIGHT @ 6PM EST

Come join me tonight at 6 (eastern time) for a chill figure drawing hang out! Tune in just to watch and chat or bring out your tablet/open your sketch book and work on the poses with me!
The stream will be held here: https://www.picarto.tv/live/channel.....h=candythecane You can always hit the follow/subscribe (i don't even know what they use lol) button and you'll be notified via email when the stream starts! But don't fret. I'll be posting another journal when the stream goes live too.
We'll start off with some quick gesture drawing. Probably like 30 second/1 min intervals. Get some squiggly lines going for a nice warm up! (because I haven't done any figure drawing in YEARS. How horrible.) Then move on to longer sessions. like 10-15 minutes. And we'll end it with a long 30+ minute drawing!
It would be great to work on these drawings as a little group. I can't stress enough how great figure drawing is for artists. It was my favorite class in college and I learned so much from it! I really need to get back into doing it more often and this will be a fun way to do that. So, if you're an artist I highly recommend you join in or just practice more figure drawing in general. IS GOOD.
Now. personally, I will be taking the realistic drawing route - drawing what I see. You don't have to do this! Want to draw the ref in a toony style? Go for it. Want to practice drawing your 'sona using the refs? You go it. Don't like the ref I'm using? No biggie, you can use your own. You can do whatever you like! I want this to be a very open do-whatever-the-hell-you-want kind of thing. Just a bunch of doops working on art. So realistic, stylized, whatever, it's up to you!
Also, reminder that this will be a 18+ stream as we'll be working from nude models as well as clothed.
