I've been considering making another dA account as another means of getting commission work. But I'm a tad hesitant... Personally, dA seems very 'high-school' to me. Not the most mature place out there. But I have heard of people doing very well with it and professional studios actually looking to dA to find new artists?? (Seriously? That just seems bizarre.)

This would me by third account on the site lmao. First was way back in middle school-high school where I posted any and every lil stupid drawing I ever did in my school notebooks. I ended up deleting the account once I got to college and started a new one since I was getting more serious with what I wanted to do as an artist. But, of course, I was in art school and was far too busy and that account really didn't last long haha. So, this would be a more 'professional' account (If you can even be called that on dA). I dunno, I feel like I'm giving this site a lot of flack? Mostly because the majority of my experience on there was in high school where we were all immature lil butts just doodling silly shit. Now, I still draw silly shit, but I take my silly shit much more seriously! lol

What are your thoughts on the site? Good? Bad? Artist buds, have you had good experiences with commissions there? Just trying to find more avenues to get my art out there.
