Asked a few friends this question and ended up with a rather interesting set of answers. So after having a humorous time I've decided to see what more people have to say. So if your reading this and want to add your ideas into the mix I would love to see them, so don't hesitate to leave a few words or a long description!
You have three crystals that are part of a challenge for a group of tiny people. Your part of it is to place those rewards in places that would be a challenge to reach, even torturous at times. They could be on the body of someone of a titanic size compared to the challengers, or even within that persons body. May even be places that could lead to the tinies getting caught up in the actions of someones day. Where would you put those gems?

Another would be in a leaky sink, but being used as a plug for the broken faucet. Taking it out would mean a rush of water bursting out, and there is no stopper at the drain.
The last crystal is quite simply perched atop a pedastal, but the crystal is the size of a truck compared to the tinies, and is much too heavy for them to carry, forcing them to either enlist the help of a giant who may see the gem as priceless and take it for themselves, or find another way to go about it.

second one would be hidden in a maze that has no shape or form, it all in the person mind. they have to go though thee different hurdles to get to a dink that would clear their minds and see the cave before them.
last one would be inside a waffle. they have to find it before a giant eats the waffle
