I thought I mind as well put this up

This is a little tough for me cause it still puts me off a good amount but since google is nice about clear photos, it kinda helps explain things better. I currently live with ptsd due to a car accident I had 5 years ago now. It occurred on the North Grand Island Bridge while I was going to college and on my way to class. I was driving the speed limit (55mph) and approaching the bridge. I had to dodge a woman who came to a dead stop on her cell phone on the bridge and an oncoming car from behind. The result of the accident was the right guard rail up to the bridge being taken out and me being halfway up the bridge with a 2000 impala completely wrecked. The only things I really remember now is dodging the two cars and the State Trooper tapping me on the shoulder to get my attention to see if I was alright.

the link leads to what the bridge looked like before I had the accident and the right guardrail is what I took out entirely.

the second link is the after result of my accident. The solidified and extended the guard rail after realizing what could have happened. To this day I am glad I never wound up in the river.

I'm sorry that you had to go through this, and I am happy to hear that they fixed the rail and you're okay. I hope nothing like this ever happens to you again.
