Chipotle is the bomb! I cant imagine a place that didn't have one :) Fargo is insanely cold, but at least you have some hot mexican food now!

Haha it's really American Mex-inspired food, but it is delicious. I've lived here like four years without one and then I saw an ad and applied! It's actually a fucking great place to work.

And living in MN my whole life, you get used to the cold. When it dips below freezing, you put on a light spring jacket. :3

Hahah yeah I guess so, its still really really good. I am a big fan of the sofrita bowl myself :)

We actually have their test spinoff called "Chophouse" down here and its basically chipotle with asian food, which is probably the spiciest and most meager portioned chipotle I have had, but amazing nonetheless. I am not sure if they will ever expand it, but its hella good :)

MN is rough, only been there once and I felt like my bones were cracking from the cold! Light spring jacket is like 60 degrees to me :)

Haha I've heard of Shophouse and I think they're planning on expanding it. Some of the managers at our location who flew in to help always say that it "hasn't blown up yet." So I'm excited to try it at some point! :3

But yeah, my back is sore and I'm going to bed now, but I love my job. So far. Great environment but it's...frantic.

Oh cool! Didn't know how widespread it was. Yeah take it easy man, working the line looks like a crazy job ;) glad you are enjoying it though, people really make or break an operation like that.
